42 Minute Workout for Parkinson's Gait & Coordination
In today's Parkinson's symptom-focused workout, PFP Lead Instructor Lauren Lewis will lead you through a series of full body exercises, focusing on exercises to improve gait and coordination. We will use a PFP ball for this class, but if you don't have one, you can use your imagination! You can do this class either standing, or seated, but Lauren will demonstrate it seated. Happy exercising!
