Yoga Exercises with the Low Lunge and Wide Legged Forward Bend Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing a "low lunge" pose. This will really stretch your legs. Next, I will do a "wide legged forward bend" pose. This exercise will stretch your back. The next exercise, I will do a "cat" pose. I will do some breathing techniques while arching my back. Next, I will transition back into the "wide legged forward bend" pose. Remember, to do cool down exercises after you are finished with your exercise routine.
