Juicy and crispy Instant Jalebi recipe. Jalebis are deep fried swirls which is generally made by all-purpose flour. And then soaked these swirls in sugar syrup. Usually eat when it’s hot.
I made this instant jalebi using all-purpose flour. And I tried my best and gave all the tips to make this delicious and beautiful recipe. You can make this Jalebi within 15 minutes. In this measurement you can make 20 jalebis.

Yields: 20 Jalebi
Ingredients:
For Jalebi batter:
1) 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
2) 1 tbsp corn starch or rice flour
3) ¼ tsp baking soda
4) 1/8 tsp yellow/orange food color (or turmeric powder)
5) ½ cup curd (yogurt)
6) Water less than ½ cup
7) Dry fruits for garnishing (optional)
For Syrup:
8) 1 cup sugar
9) ½ cup water
10) 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
11) 2 tsp lemon juice
12) Saffron strands
जलेबी बनाने के लिए: (इस सामग्री में आप २० जलेबी बना सकते हो)
१) १ कप मैदा
२) २ बड़े चम्मच कॉर्न फ्लौर (या चावल का आटा)
३) १/४ चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा (खाने का सोडा)
४) १/८ चम्मच फूड कलर (पीला या केसरी)
५) १/२ कप दही
६) पानी (१/२ कप से भी कम)
चाशनी बनाने के लिए:
१) १ कप चीनी
२) १/२ कप पानी
३) १/४ चम्मच इलायची पावडर
४) २ चम्मच निम्बू का रस
५) केसर
