Welcome to a Fall Equinox morning yoga practice of 27 sun salutations!
The Fall Equinox is one of the major seasonal shifts we experience during the year. It marks the transition toward shorter, darker days...toward winter.
It also provides us an opportunity to reflect on the year we’ve had and how we want to finish out the year.
This is the time to evaluate what we want to bring with us into the remainder of the year, and what we are ready to leave behind.

It is a yoga tradition to practice 108 sun salutations during the seasonal shifts. This practice is just 27 sun salutations so that you can honor this tradition in 35 minutes!
