Grab a mat, something for hydration, and a suspension trainer for this 45-minute back, booty, and core strength & cardio workout. We will be combining TRX exercises with bodyweight-only exercises. There are 4 blocks today. Blocks 1+3 will be strength focused using the suspension trainer and blocks 2 + 4 will have a cardiovascular focus using bodyweight only exercises. The strength exercises will be performed at a ladder down rep count, and the bodyweight only exercises are timed. Find a pace and tempo that works for you! We do not have to go at the same speed. Quality over quantity. Minimal cues are given so we can jam out. (Start with suspension trainer at mid-length)
As a warm-up perform these exercise:
Squats x 20
Jumping Jacks x 20
Bird dogs x 20 total
