The Chesapeake Bay is a historic wintering ground for waterfowl in the Atlantic Flyway. Although it may not produce the amount of birds it once did, waterfowl hunters can still have some amazing duck hunts on this body of water. On this hunt Brady and I set out to hunt the abundance of buffleheads that were around. Other divers like bluebills, redheads, and canvasbacks don't show up in numbers until later in the season but we couldn't turn down the opportunity for an ole fashioned bufflehead beatdown. We didn't even need to use a blind and the birds were dumping into the spread. If you enjoyed this video make sure to check out our others and subscribe to the channel!
