Getting tack-sharp photos to post on Instagram boils down to choosing the best export settings in Lightroom or another editor. Unfortunately, choosing the right size for your image isn't the only thing you must pay attention to. While it is definitely a factor, there are other settings you must ensure are correct first.

My preferred export settings for sharp Instagram posts:
1️⃣ JPEG at 100 Quality
2️⃣ Color Space: sRGB
3️⃣ Resize to Fit: Long Edge
4️⃣ 1080 pixels for square/horizontal photos, 1350 pixels for vertical photos
5️⃣ Sharpen for Screen: Standard Amount
