Equipment:
Jug/containers
Microwave
Hand blender
Toothbrush
Sponge
Chocolate moulds
Probe
Silicon paper
J cloths
Sieve
Paintbrushes
Small knife
Ingredients:
100g cocoa butter
10g fat soluble colouring powder (may not require all)

Method:
• Melt the cocoa butter in the microwave
• Add fat-soluble powder and blend to ensure fully incorporated
• Sieve mixture
• Temper the mixture
• Probe mixture to ensure it is at 31-32c before you start
• Using a toothbrush or a sponge to create different effects in a mould
• Clean mould with j cloth in between each colour to ensure mould is smooth
• Layer colours
• Flood with chocolate
• Turn out to reveal the designs
