Importance of proper form!⬇️
From my personal experience having proper form throughout all over your exercises and movements is what can make a huge difference in building muscle.
Many people are simply picking too much weight, and are ego-lifiting just to prove how strong they are.
But what comes at a cost is proper form.
Only a proper form,give you that activation of the specific muscle fibres in that exact muscle group you are targeting, which then leads to more muscle activation, more stimulation and as a result more muscle growth.
So to build muscle, you may wanna decrease your weight for a while, build up that proper form and then build the weight up, and up and up again.
