Much like life, rehabbing from an injury is almost never straight forward progress. After another cycle of deloading and taking time to adapt to the stress I'm putting on the new ligament in my elbow, I finally break through to the point I was at a few weeks ago, which is simultaneously good and also frustrating. The real challenge is tempering my expectations and not basing things off of what I had previously been able to do, which sounds easy and makes perfect sense from an outside perspective but is a real pain to do when you're actually doing it. Also I got drug tested and officially admit that I am a free agent. Make your case for your local AAA team to me in the comments.
