This session will focus on total body strengthening using 2 x long bands and 1 x mini band. Starting off with glute activation & progressing to full body exercises for an effective workout.

Purple - (32mm) Heavy Resistance 22kg - 40kg = 31kg
Black - (22mm) Medium Resistance 15kg - 29.5kg = 25kg
Orange - (13mm) Light Resistance 9kg - 17kg = 13kg
