Here's a fun intermediate aerial hoop trick on the aerial hoop top bar - it's the spanset stag and it's actually several different aerial hoop moves so you can milk each one and make it and pretty aerial hoop choreography! This might be a little challenging for aerial hoop beginners but it's perfect for slightly more experienced aerialists :)
