Customer came in with a no reverse concern. BMW has a bulletin out that many of these transmissions suffered from a reverse valve shaft failure on the Mechatronics unit. The Local BMW Dealer quoted them $7000+ to replace the entire transmission when all it needed was this simple fix.

Fluid. We use Redline D4 fluid and you should need approximately 6 liters.
