There is no exercise to reduce the size of the lips because it is usually buccal mucosa fat and some muscles there. The only way is a small surgical procedure. Any plastic surgeon will be able to do that. They will make an incision from inside the lips take out the excess tissue and then stitch it back. No scar nothing can be seen and heals within a week. It is a very simple procedure. Can get it done in any hospital.
