This is not the best comparision, but I wanted to share my thoughts on each of these brakes and how I liked them. Both are very good brakes and I would take either. The Shimano MT-201's have a more bitty feel as well so they engage immeditaly and the Sram Level's have more of a squishy feel.

Both brakes have a tool reach adjust
Both can be bled and serviced
Both have a slide on clamp, so you have to take off grips to install
