In this video Adbeel discusses how we stopped water seepage into our clients Texas Metal Building.
Our client had his concrete pad poured at the time of building his home prior to his Texas 30x50 Metal Building. He had water seeping into his metal building from under his base rail and overhead doors. To solve this issue, we installed a threshold for the overhead door and installed M-Seal using Concrete Sealant under the base rail.
