Follow these steps to learn what to do when your oil pressure is too low:
00:00 - Engine oil pressure too low: what to do | Changing car engine oil | Castrol U.K.
00:48 - Step 1: Check your oil level.
Slowly pull out the dipstick and immediately wipe it off using a paper towel or a clean rag.
01:06 - Step 2: Change the oil.
If the oil level is low, add oil until the oil level is in between the two markers.
00:00 - Step 3: See a mechanic.
If you can’t find any signs of leakage and the engine oil light remains on, it’s best to consult a mechanic.
