To perform the Kbands Hurdler Box Jumps athletes will need a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands, 3-4 hurdles, and a box to jump on top of. Athletes will set the hurdles in a straight line which is 3-4 yards away from the box. Athletes will attach their Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and line up at the end of the hurdles opposite the box. Athletes will begin on their outside leg and laterally jump over the hurdles. Landing on their opposite leg athletes will stabilize and jump back over the hurdles, landing on their opposite leg. After athletes have worked through the hurdles they will set their feet and jump on top of the box. Athletes should complete 8-10 repetitions of the drill moving through the drill continuously and taking 30-40 seconds of rest between sets.
