Like I stated in the last video this has so many possibilities to work with.
I did notice a few points here. If you do something that requires reps (other than the very fast paced punches) it actually decreases the speed. Speed feels important here. The faster you go the more agile you get. And agility is one of the key points here.
Also, the simplicity and efficiency of the original workout lies in the very simple yet very "task specific" movements namely, running, punching and carrying.
But like said, if you just try different movements with emphasis on speed you can create a massive load of different workouts with these.
I actually played a little with knife and gun drills but I don't want to show my every trick just yet ;) And I'm still working those in as well, needs tweaking.
