🔑 The key here is to understand that loading the body promotes adaptation and many times these QL regions have been stretched plenty enough but do not have the load tolerance to get you through your day. Sometimes a tight muscle is a weak muscle and needs to be stronger, so ditch the stretches and get stronger!
