I am stoked. I picked up a sweet deal on a demo Portable Kitchen PK360 grill at Atlanta Grill Company's Grand Opening Block Party. I wanted to take a few minutes to show you this grill.

I have had my eye on these since they first came out. In my opinion, this is the cream of the crop basic charcoal grill. It's fully capable of doing about any kind of cook you would ever want to do on a grill. We are going to put it through those paces here as we go!

I am also interested in learning how to compete in the Steak Cookoff Association competitions. This grill seems to be a preferred grill of people who do those as well.
