Ingredients
150g Egg white
50g. Low protein flour (sift)
25g Butter (melt it)
half tsp. Salt
200g. almond flakes
85g Castor sugar
1)preheat oven 130.c
2) first add sugar and low protein flour mix together
3) add egg white mix
4) add almond flakes mix
5) add butter
6) wrap it and store inside chiller for one hour
7) scoop half tbsp batter almond on baking paper
8) spread it into thin layer
9) bring to bake
10) check it every 5 minutes after u bake it 30minutes until golden brown
Preheat oven 130.c fan force 30 minutes
