These 8 minutes are really kicking in and giving your booty and glutes a great feeling before you do a Booty Workout or Leg Workout. You can do this as a pre or post booty workout to warm your glutes up or to give them the last burn after a hard booty day. The booty band is optional but I would highly recommend to use it since it will make the exercises way harder & will let your muscles work better.
