Most importantly, remember to have a healthy diet, avoiding deep fried and sweet food.
Here is what I eat today:
Breakfast: Half-boiled eggs with avocado toast. Black coffee without sugar.
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Stir-fried pork, fried eggs with rice.
Snack: NIL
Dinner: Steam fish with tomatoes and broccoli.
