This young man came to me, because he was curious about what he could do to keep the essence of his features, but add definition. This patient did appear naturally squared off but lacked volume and definition in some areas, which can be easily countered with dermal fillers. I created a procedure plan to fine tune the back of his jawline to chisel the foundation of his face and sharpen his overall look. The reshaping of the natural, almost perfect 90º angle jawline and balancing the work with a bit of filler placed superficially in his cheeks strengthened his appearance immediately. I then, went in to do some additional contouring and create a bit of projection of his chin and softening of his lips to complete his look.
