The Huawei Watch 3 is a smartwatch that clearly has the Apple Watch Series 6 in its sights. It's the follow-up to the Huawei Watch 2, which launched back in 2017 and fully introduces its new HarmonyOS software onto its watches for the first time, which has been bubbling away in the background on its GT Series watches.
Like its Watch GT Series, it's got plenty on board for runners. Run Tester Mike has had one on his wrist for a few days (before pricing and some additional details were revealed and added) to put some running time in with it. That includes running with it against the Apple Watch Series 6.
This is our early running verdict on the Huawei Watch 3.
(Note: The dual-GPS support discussed in this video will only be available on the Huawei Watch 3 Pro, not the Watch 3 as was initially suggested to us. The Huawei Watch 3 is priced at £349.99 and will launch in the UK on 18th June. The Huawei Watch 3 Pro is priced at £499.99 and launches on the 28th June.)
