Oh, yeah... and I also show you how to make a simple Turkey Stock with the Neck and Giblets :)

Ingredients for the Stuffing:
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 loaf of buttermilk bread (or any bread)
2 ½ cups of Turkey Stock or Chicken Stock
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste.
