Ensure your SEALPAC Traysealer machine is running at optimal capacity with this simple vacuum test.


HOW TO PERFORM A VACUUM TEST ON A SEALPAC TRAYSEALER:
1) Cut and remove the film from the sealing station
2) Close all safety guards and doors
3) On the home screen, press the OPERATION button
4) Then press USER SET-UP
5) The press SERVICE CUSTOMER
6) Press VACUUM TEST
7) Press START underneath vacuum test – the bottom tool will then rise and the vacuum valve will open. The pressure within the tool will drop to its lowest value.
8) The vacuum will then close and give you a pressure reading after 20, 30 and 40 seconds
9) After 40 seconds, the tool will ventilate to atmosphere and open fully
10) If the tool is over 100mbar after 40 seconds, the tool will require further inspection
