Hurricane Hunters investigating an area of disturbed weather Monday afternoon found a broad area of circulation with widely scattered storms and lowering pressure. This area is expected to become a tropical depression or tropical storm over the next 24-36 hours as it moves in the general direction of Northeast Mexico and South Texas.
