I just got this travel vise - purchased with own funds. It's from Aventik Sports, called the 360⁰ Folding Vise.
I think this will suit my needs well when traveling & fishing. Construction is quite good and the base, although made of stone plastic material, is surprisingly form enough even when some force is exerted on the hook, eg, doubling down on the final hitch. It's by no means a perfectly constructed tool. It has weakness or irritations in one way or another but the plus points; 450g weight, construction, ease of assembly/disassembly, strength of the jaws, and more makes up for the negatives.
