I ask everyone to ensure they have watched the Pre-Exercise Checklist video and the Understanding the RPE Scale video before each session starts and to contact their NHS Cardiac Rehabilitation teams if they have any questions.

Please advise your patients which weights they should hold, if any, or how to adapt the exercises with a resistance band.
