In the desert water is often the number one survival priority. If there is no river or spring then what can you do to get water? Cactuses retain large amounts of water inside of them but that water is often mixed with toxic compounds that can cause more harm than good if you consume them. But there is a way to get safe drinking water from certain species of cactus. In this video I'll show you how to get water to drink from one of those species.
