No Oil Vrat Recipe
For Sabudana Kheer
दूध - Milk - 1/2 litre (Full cream)
साबूदाना - Sabudana - 1/4 cup (50 grams)
किशमिश - Raisins - 1 tsp
काजू - Cashews - 1 tsp, chopped
बादाम - Almonds - 1 tsp, chopped
चीनी - Sugar - 2 tbsp
ईलाइची - Cardamom - 2 no, crushed
केसर - Saffron - 5 strands

For Mango Malai
आम - Mango - 1 no (350 grams)
मलाई - Cream - 1/2 cup
चीनी - Sugar - 1 tsp
ईलाइची - Cardamom - 2 no, crushed
काजू - Cashews - 1 tbsp, chopped

For Dhaniya Pudina Chutney
हरा धनिया - Coriander - 1 cup
हरी मिर्च - Green chilli - 2 no
अदरक - Ginger - 1/2 inch
पुदीना -Mint leaves - 1 cup
काली मिर्च - Black pepper - 15 no
जीरा पाउडर - Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp, roasted
सेंधा नमक - Rock salt - 3/4 tsp
गुड़ - Jaggery - 2 tbsp
नींबू का रस - Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

For Shakarkandi Chaat
शकरकंदी - Sweet potato - 5 no
सेंधा नमक - Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
काली मिर्च - Black pepper - 1/4 tsp, crushed
जीरा पाउडर - Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp, roasted
नींबू का रस - Lemon juice - 1 tsp
अनार - Pomegranate

For Dahi Aloo
दही - Curd - 1.5 cup (400 grams)
आलू - Potato - 3 no, boiled
सेंधा नमक - Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
जीरा पाउडर - Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp, roasted
काली मिर्च - Black pepper - 1/4 tsp, crushed
हरा धनिया - Coriander - 2 tsp
पुदीना - Mint leaves - 2 tsp

For Sama Rice Pulao
समा के चावल - Sama rice - 1/2 cup

मूंगफली - Peanuts - 1/4 cup, roasted

मूंगफली - Peanuts - 1 cup
मखाने - Fox nuts - 1 cup (15 grams)
