We are using compound exercises to build FULL BODY STRENGTH!!! This strength session is a lift-heavy workout guaranteed to help you build muscle! Building full-body muscle is a great way to improve muscular definition and increase your metabolism! Strength training has so many benefits, so I am so excited that you are joining me for this workout! This workout includes 2 circuits plus an abs finisher for an all-over build! Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at a time. We will also be working between upper and lower body-focused exercises, which is called peripheral heart action training which is a great way to increase intensity and calorie burn! Overall, this workout is super effective for building muscle! Aim to lift heavy during this session to maximize your results with this structure!
30-MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 20lbs to 30lbs / 9 to 13.6kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 50 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
