Shown here is a infeed tilt hoist system that is feeding boards into our high speed 2NXP Double Head Notcher, followed by our UpSTAK Pallet Board Stacker.

The Go Fast UpSTAK can stack at speeds of up to 15 layers of boards per minute with board lengths of 30” to 72”, widths of 1 ½" to 6", and thicknesses of 3/8” to 2”. A high speed 20 layer per minute option is also available. The touch-screen HMI gives operators the ability to fine-tune these machines per the material being stacked. Tool-less adjustments allow board size changeovers to be completed within minutes. These units can be equipped with several options including automatic stick placers, powered outfeed roll cases, and short board sensors. The UpSTAK can also be equipped with an unscrambler. We offer two versions of UpSTAK unscramblers, the standard high-speed unscrambler which can build up a whole row of boards in advance, or a low-profile version of the unscrambler, which helps reduce the floor space requirements.

The Go Fast 2NXP High Speed Double Head Notcher is a reliable and efficient solution for high-production notching. Its heavy-duty construction ensures trouble-free use for years. With high-speed notch rates of up to 6000 cycles per hour, it offers exceptional productivity. The machine operates by feeding stringers into a loading area, where they are indexed individually using a push arm system powered by an electric cam and supported by large linear bearings. The notches are created by a pair of carbide cutters spinning at 3600 RPMs, driven by Dual 30 HP motors. Changing stringer sizes is a breeze as you can easily adjust them by turning handles. Additionally, the Notcher is equipped with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) that provides real-time data display for seamless operation.

The go fast Tilt Hoist machine is capable of lifting up to 6,000 lbs. It is a quick way to separate bundles of wood to be fed into a variety of different machines. The heavy-duty lift is powered by a 7.5HP helical gear motor with an electric brake. The tilt hoist pulls the bundle to a 45 degree angle and lifts the bundle so that it can be separated one bundle at a time.
