Creamy Potato Soup @Best Taste Filipino Kitchen
Ingredients
500g potato (diced)
6 cloves garlic
onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
500 mL water
1/2 cup evaporated milk (small can)
celery
Procedure
1. Saute the garlic and onion in melted butter and oil.
2. Add the potatoes and celery.
3. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.
4. Add water.
5. Boil until potatoes are cooked.
6. Transfer the potatoes in the blender and blend until smooth in texture.
7. Put it back in the pan and add milk.
8. Simmer and stir.
9. Season with 1 tsp salt.
10. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with celery leaves on top.
