In this rare footage from the early 1970s we see American Martial Arts pioneer, Fred Villari, one of the first to combine Karate, Kempo and Shaolin. He performs his signature kata, Sho Tung Kwok Or “Hands & Feet in Harmony,” combining the strengths of all three origins of the art into a single form. Today over 50 years later Villari’s shaolin Kempo Karate is taught in hundreds of schools around the globe.
