As many of you know, I have a short ceiling height in my basement, so I cannot do standing presses unless I drag all of that stuff outside (no thanks).
They are a great exercise, though not as good as the standing version, but it was hard to unrack and rack the bar due to the front lip of the J-hooks.
I got a great tip from @TestifySC to try using spotter arms instead, and they worked great! Check out the video to see it in action!
