Ingredients
• Chicken mince/boneless pieces 900 gms
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
• Salt 1 Tbsp or to taste
• Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp
• Chilli flakes 1tsp
• Garam masala powder 1tsp
• Turmeric powder 1tsp
• Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp Roasted & Crushed
• Coriander seeds 1 Tbsp Roasted & Crushed
• Black pepper powder 1tsp
• Chaat masala 1.5 Tbsp
• Desi Ghee 2 Tbsp
• Oil 3 Tbsp or as needed
• All purpose flour 4 Tbsp Roasted
• Onion 3 medium size chopped & squeezed water
• Green chilli 4 chopped
• Coriander leaves 1 Cup chopped
• Garnishing with sliced Onion & Lemon
• Serve with tamarind mint sauce
