Microneedling with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is a non-invasive cosmetic medical procedure that promotes more even skin texture and skin tone by producing channels of micro injury in the dermis with an array of small needles. Blood from the patient is centrifuged to concentrate growth factors to stimulate collagen deposition during the skin's recovery, creating a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance. Dr. Donald B.
