This gentle slow flow for peace is especially good for those days when you feel anxious, wonky, or just “off”.
Take a deep breath and unroll your mat with me! Sometimes the autonomy of the movements, the pouring out of God’s word, and the sweet whispers that remind us who (and whose) we are can be exactly what we need to reboot our day.
Our intention for this flow comes from Colossians 2:7 (TPT):
