FULL RECIPE:
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
• Pizza dough for 1 pizza
• 400g white onions, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 8 anchovy filets in oil
• 8 black olives
• 6 tbs olive oil
• Salt and milled pepper

1. Roll out the pizza dough on an aluminium dish and prick with a fork. Put to one side.
2. Fry off the finely chopped onions in a little of the olive oil along with the puréed garlic cloves. Stir well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Spread the partly cooked onions out on the pizza base. Flatten using a spatula before adding the anchovy filets, black olives and drizzling over the rest of the olive oil.
4. Place the pissaladière in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and cook for 30 minutes. Eat while hot.
