Croatian traditional dish! Especially good to eat in winter time. Its a permented cabbage or sauerkraut. This is one of my favorite croatian foods. Its yummy and healthy 👌
Ingredients :
1 head of Sauerkraut
500 g grated Sauerkraut
3/4 kg minced pork
1/4 kg minced beef
1 /4 kg smoked bacon
Some bacon mince with the meat
2 eggs
1 big onion
1 cup of rice
4 tsp Red pepper powder
Salt and pepper to taste
