Even the simplest movements can bring you significant relief 🙌🏼
Even if you only have 30 seconds- you can make the most of it ✅
Your knees need movement. But not just any movement. Movements that FEEL GOOD 🙌🏼
So if some of these movements don’t feel good to you, modify to what your body is giving you today. Modification is not a sign of weakness ☝🏽
Listening to your body is incredibly important.
But so is movement so it’s important to find a middle ground where your body and your joints can feel good 🙌🏼
If you have more time, you can repeat this circuit 2 or 3 more times 👍🏽
If chair squats hurt, sit on a cushion or use a higher chair 🪑
If standing on one leg hurts, use more upper body support 👌🏼
You can do this.
