In todays video we revisit our infamous time capsule house up in Burnley. You might be surprised to still see this in the build stage, well so are we... COVID has been a really interesting time for a lot of us and the main thing we've had problems with is delays with trades. This is the world we're having to adapt to right now and we're very nearly done, I hope you're able to take away some value from this stage of the build!

The first time we saw this we expected the house to have been at least 10-15 years vacant, but it turns out that the vendor last lived here just 2 years ago before passing away.

Stories like this really bring to life what we do and really gives us a sense of purpose in our work. The opportunity to be able to transform this into a modern home for new vendors is really quite amazing.
