I have been looking for some videos that demonstrate Trail breaking. I see in various ride training environments it gets asked about a lot. This video I clipped from a racer I follow shows it really well. Look at how deep he is still applying even just a tad of breaking. In some cases he is applying brakes through the apex. This clip was taken from one of Naska's videos, he is amazing and you should go and check him out.
