Jess and Keith, two of The DIve Shacks up and coming PADI Dive Masters perform the Stress Test as apart of the confined water component of the course.
The Stress Test is the exchange of all dive gear (excluding wetsuit) while buddy breathing from one reg. After the gear is exchange the participants then needed to swim 25 m while still buddy breathing.
