Here's what I eat in a typical day to stay focused and full of energy whilst still enjoying my meals.
A few NON-NEGOTIABLE daily parameters I follow year-round:
- 2x scoop of vegan protein
- 1x scoop of collagen
- 1x scoop of creatine monohydrate
- At least 1 portion of lean protein, health-fat and carb source with each meal
- At least 1 portion of fruit & veg with every meal
- More colour, the better
