12 Minute Bodyweight Hamstrings Workout at Home
This workout is just perfect as part of your at home training to tighten and strengthen your legs.
This is a follow along for 12 minutes in total. Quality over quantity here is best and try to think about the hamstring muscles contracting or lengthening during them movements. Try to train your brain to use only the hamstrings when lifting hips during the incline marches as apposed to squeezing the glutes, however glutes will be working alongside the hamstrings.
The exercises are 50 seconds each, 10 seconds rest then on to next movement. 2 rounds so 12 minutes in total!

Standing curl at 30 degrees

You can add weight in the Bulgarians as I did with bottles of water for example!
