The cIrcumplex model model of interpersonal behavior has two main axes typically defined as dominance versus agreeableness. This model of personality traits only examines those traits involved in interpersonal behavior. It was originally was devised by former Harvard psychologist Timothy Leary and later popularized in the field by Jerry Wiggins. This video discusses general notions about how traits work in a linear manner and how they are related to each other. It then builds the interpersonal trait model showing the relationship between the various traits.
